We should start evaluating medical research evidence in a structured manner and include this to the Rhenus model documentation.

From my practical work, the Australian MERGE grading scheme is quite helpful, because it is really effective when it comes to deciding, which reference is the best for including into the model (not always easy, but decisions have to be made)

Other methods are the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network scheme and the scheme of the GRADE working group.
