I have tried to summarise the development process of the PROSIT community. Links and references are still missing. I guess we should also counter check with the ISPOR modelling guidelines. Also the German Hannoveraner Consensus statement can be helpful. Please all help making these pages round!

A lot of thinking went into the role of the forum administrators. Currently only Christian Weber and Wendelin Schramm are administrators. I suggest assigning Michael Schöll also this status! The role of the administrators must be strong, though we live basic democracy here. Like in the development of Linux where Linus Thorvalds has the last word on all development decisions somebody must be responsible here or the project will end up in chaos.
